ABSTRACT
Bladder duplication is an unusual and congenital abnomaly wich is usually associated with other abnomalies. We report here the first case ofcomplete bladder duplication by tranversal septum. There is no concomitant duplication of the urethra. This malformation was associated with ectopic pelvic kidney. The main treatements realized were right néphroureterectomy and uper bladder résection.
